In fact the only part of the DEC-Writer II that remains is the strudy
metal base which now serves as the base of my computer desk.

But I have sent email from an Osborne I, quite a lot, actually.

I'm slightly miffed that I didn't get credit for writing the Osborne 1
entry for the global termcap file. :-\

ObMetal: Finally finished complete rebuild, including upholstry with
hand-woven fabric, of a walnut platform rocker I've had since
elementary school...Oh, wait!  That isn't metal.  Well, I used three
different kinds of metal tacks....
