Hi, Paul,
  Since I gather that what you are saying that makes the concoction work is
the large amount of garlic in relation to olive oil, can you tell us a
specific ratio of garlic (cloves or whatever measurement that you are using)
to a quantity of olive oil (1 liter, 1 quart or whatever you use), so we can
recreate and use the formula without having to do all the trial-and-error
mixing and testing? Thanks.
