Oxpho-Blue used to contain selenic acid.  I don't know if the current
formulation does or not.  The most recent batch I have seems to
behave a little differently from previous lots.

I use rubber gloves and eye protection if I'm dealing with anything
bigger than, say, jewelry size and a little cotton ball.
