But a powder coating oven would work, don't know how hot they get, but I expect at least 500 degrees.   That should be good enough for blue.

just how big is your toaster oven, anyway? 

The last table I blued/ blacked was 4' x 3' x 8'. 

my regular oven isnt even that big.
