Make absolutely certain that there is no asbestos on the boiler or the
piping system. Any system from the early seventies or before is suspect.
This is both a health any liability issue. I have spots on my lung xrays
that show dormant asbestosis, you do not want that or anything related.
Sorta like having a hang fire pointed at your head...
