I talked to my supplier yesterday and he said that he could shear 3/16 off 
the edge of a plate, but thought that it would put a twist in it.  He then 
directed me to a distributer about 60 miles away who would probably have it.

I don't think I want to make a special trip, but if I'm going that way I may 
call them and pick it up while I'm in town.
