We got less rain than is commonplace with many of our garden-variety
rain storms. I feared the wind because three of our apple trees are
so heavily laden that they're bowed over nearly to the ground and bad
wind would snap lotsa branches. It got a bit gusty but none of our
trees were hurt at all. The nine-foot scarlet runner trellis (this is
the metalwork content: it's rebar and thinwall steel tube :-) woggled
and thrashed a bit but it has guy lines to earth anchors.

Not even a power outage, which is saying a lot, given the egregious
quality of maintainance that the powerco has evolved since
privatization a few years ago.
