[TheForge] Rivet Vendor?

Ship it library rate. Takes a bit longer, but is cheaper by a good
margin. Or use one of the flat-rate boxes. Yesterday I shipped parts
for a crankshaft grinder - 29 pounds total - for $10.95 and the box had
lots of empty space. Filled with rivets, the box would easily weigh
50#, probably more. Same price.
