[TheForge] Garlic & Olive oil, again

Depending on how pure is "pure", be careful with that stuff.  When my 
mom was a lab chemist she showed me a vial of truly pure garlic extract. 
  I was going to give it a smell and she pulled it away.  We were under 
a fume hood and she warned me that it was nothing to trifle with - could 
make one rather ill.  What you have probably is not the same, but 
thought I would bring it up in case.
