[TheForge] pipe cleaning

I was wondering what blackness was being talked about. The mill coating is 
often a paintlike stuff and will yield to solvents like acetone or thinner. 
If there's going to be drilling, and such afterwards sandblasting or sanding 
will really increase tool wear.
