Did you SEE the prices on that stuff?    I can't possibly think of an application where $400/stick is a good idea, just so you can use plastic instead of metal.

I just called Holt Supply, a midwest plumbing supply chain, and they said 
the green piping for compressed air is no more. Now there is a blue pipe 
called Duraplus-
