[TheForge] Why the price has gone up on the Grasshopper plans

That's not possible. The plans are in paper form. The effort
required to produce an on-line version would be considerable. We're
talking about ~130 sheets, 8.5"x11".
Even scanning them in would be a major effort. Every scan would have
to be proofed, and probably edited in some art software to insure
legibility and completeness. And there's no money to do this
commercially.
And, of course, once they were on-line, I could say good-bye to any
further chance of controlling their distribution, revision, etc. For
me, it's a lose-lose idea.
