I believe in trying ANYTHING, except maybe the brains of live monkeys- but certainly any alcoholic beverage, in whatever mix, is worth trying once.
Sometimes I drink my whiskey neat, and other times I add ice. Especially glacier ice from Alaska, which I have a big chunk of back in the chest freezer.
But I like highballs, and whisky sours, and bourbon, and rye, and single malts, and blends- its all good.
You purists can drink it however you want, but keepa your mitts offa my drink, thank you very much.
in return, I wont tell YOU what to drink.

I tend to agree/disagree. Scotch and tea is good for a cold. The tea is
optional and should be taken on the side. Blacksmithing content: I knew a
fellow who carried an old square cut nail in a fancy little fitted wooden
box. He used it to stir his Drambuie and scotch.
