[TheForge] Anvil repair workshop in NJ (was: Old tools)

Unless I'm mistaken (If you believe THAT!) I think this isn't anvil 
repairing with an arc welder. I think any welding is forge and hammer done 
by and under direction of a smith who does this often as in several times a 
week. There's been a thread w/pics on another site talking about some very 
fine repair jobs done on anvils without heals, horns, faces, etc. Of course 
I could have this clinic confused with another fellow's work. Stupid TREE!
