I have several of the books put on-line by the Rural development group.
Bealer, Edge of the Anvil, Andrews book on Yellnin, Holstrem, Practical
Blacksmithing, Plummer's book on the Sorber collection (nice cranes no
mounting details)
The house is in Bethel MO.
I like the idea of trying to get into other historic houses in town. My
customer said that she knew of three others that had cranes.

What books have you already checked? I'd be happy to look in books I
have you may not have already checked.
WHERE is this house? The best reference would be houses in the same
area, should any still have the original fireplaces. Maybe there's a
historic house/museum in the area?
