Perspiration seems to be plenty of moisture to fog lenses..it also runs
down off my brow and pools in the glass.

Neoprene foam from a dive shop works well, is tolerant of body oils, etc.

If there is any gap at all , wire brush fragments and grinding swarf
can fly up behind.
The soft edge gas welding goggles, in a model that fits your face, are
the best i've found for those of us who wear glasses too.
I took the old metal side shields from a set of 1940s safety glasses and
hard soldered loops on my shop glasses frames to accommodate the shields.
Even with a full face shield, it leaves something to be desired.

a surprisingly large % of crap-in-thye-eye problems happen when
removing the eye protection and stuff falls down.
