Others have pointed out the use of various things to prevent the humid
air from condensing on the lenses as droplets.
But if you can keep the humid air from your lungs out of your goggles,
you shouldn't have the problem in the first place.
Put on both mask and goggles and look at yourself in the mirror. Is
there some way to introduce a sufficient gap between them that the
humid breath won't enter the goggles? Maybe you can add a piece of
sponge rubber gasket (like for winterizing windows) on one or the
other, to make a seal there. If you can't put such a thing on mask or
glasses, maybe you can put it on your nose before donning the mask and
glasses.
