Well, it wouldn't work for govt, but for private clubs - like ABANA
affiliates (blacksmithing content)- I have the solution. After many
years of being frustrated in volunteer organizations, when it came
time to write bylaws for NJBA, I wrote ones that will last.
Basically, they enable the active people to take charge, and prevent
the deadwood from getting in the way. If any of you is truly
