[TheForge] followup on holes in saw blade

Don't change speed then, just put more pressure on it. Maybe your drill pres 
is different than mine but I find it really easy to just roll the belt to 
the next smaller pully step then roll the other side to the next larger when 
changing speed. It literally takes maybe 30 seconds or less to change three 
steps or so.
