[TheForge] followup on holes in saw blade

I don't remember when or from whom I learned about using friction to take 
the hard out of high C for drilling, maybe jr. high school or high school 
metal shop.

There's not a darned thing wrong with a field expedient ballistic punch so 
long as common sense and basic safety precautions are observed Mike. It's 
the same for any really effective tool like oh say a muscle car or an ax.
