[TheForge] rotary shear

Exactly everyone who does, does. The rest use a different resource, and
what I like to think is the majority use a combination of many resources,
iForgeIron being a very popular one which still annoys me since I can't even
see its images when friends email them to me, without logging in.
So be it, I suggest describing this rotary shear or even supplying a useful
URL such as http://www.google.com/images?q=rotary+shear
from which I can see pictures easily... now if you adjust those search terms
and let me know what terms bring up the right image(s) we'll be on it.
Communication of ideas and concepts, I agree. Give me a 10-to-100 word
description of the rotary shear and we could have 2/3 of a picture in mind.
Is it like the simple throatless shears I've seen at HF, but rotary, like
this one?

(that one shows up via the images link above)
