My favorite hand creme is Eucerin.  Comes in a lotion and creme, creme 
is best for me.  Expensive, yes, the big tub of lotion is about $15 at 
Wal Mart.  Another good one is Aquaphor, I think also made by Eucerin. 
(more greasy till it soaks in the skin).

A warning about the dairy or udder cremes.  If used on sensitive skin 
for a prolonged time, they CAN cause swelling, redness and general 
discomfort.  I have seen that happen.  Once in a while use is ok, but 
not every day.
