If "Yellin finish" is basically linseed oil with maybe beeswax and
turpentine, you might try cobalt dryer, a few drops to, say, 1/4 cup
of oil. You should be able to get that in an art store.

A big can of carnauba wax lasted me for years and I used that to the
exclusion of linseed oil (except where I could apply the  oil to a hot
piece). Now I'm almost out and I haven't been able to find more
carnauba wax.  I guess I should look harder.
