Electrical heater parts may be had at McMaster Carr, or find a kitchen supply business that has some broken equipment. Heater wiring is very simple, but most kitchen people cook, and are not electrically inclined.
That has been my experience, I suspect that there are those that break the mould of which I am aware<G>.
While I was a pe-on manager at McD, I did repairs like this all the time. Waiting a day for the rambling company repair person to arrive from his last emergency, while burgers got cold too fast, was expensive.<G>

Cool. Nobody else I've talked to has ever heard of one.

I have two sets of dies for mine, one of which is for very small pies
or tarts. The electrical heater parts are corroded beyond use. I
gather the thing is worth ca. $700 with dies and in job-ready
condition.

Yow! At 200 shells per hour, it would still take 10 hours to press
2000 pies. Oy.
Thanks for the followup,
