Yes. Most definitely. But your response  triggered another thought:  I keep 
my forge on a cart that I can roll  around the shop to where I need it. It  
has a long supply hose. I could  readily put my rails on the cart and let 
the  
forge hold it in place.  Or...I could weld it to the cart. 

Once you start  exceeding your  allotted  three score and ten you sometime 
miss the obvious.   Quite embarrassing, actually. Doubtful there is any 
others 
out there of  that  heritage but hopefully you can recognize that it may be 
just down  the road
