[David E. Smucker]

It is a good possibility that it is by Darrel Nelson.  Famous for his large 
animal heads.  He teaches at the John C. Campbell Folk School and is one of 
the featured demonstrators at the ABANA Conference this year.  He is from 
Washington, State.
