Thanks Justin it's good to be getting back. Being able to laugh and joke 
about what happened is part of what's helping me heal. I'm doing at least 
9-10 hrs of therapy a week plus doing the at home exercises and I am SO 
happy my therapists have senses of humor.

Anyway, I'm hoping folk on theforge don't start throwing over ripe fruit at 
me before I learn when to zip it. Oh okay, I've been hoping not to be a 
rotten fruit target since jr high school. <grin>
