 Last I heard, the Whitaker Foundation still had a case or so of the cookbook available, new, and at a fair retail price.  I don't have current contact info.  But if you look for Gordo Stonington in Paonia Colorado or Wil Perry in Carbondale Colorado you should be able to get one if they are still available.
