Peter has a better discription of what I was suggesting.  Only difference is 
with the flypress I am using the press to provide the bending force.  By 
using the "L" shaped top tool the ring can be larger than the press opening 
and close completely on itself.  The stock wants to be a little long to 
start with since the ends will tend to be straight and can be cut off to 
make a rounder ring.
