Dave-
What is "heavy duty"?
do you need to roll 1/2" round?
or maybe 1/2" x 4" flat bar the hard way?
How big of circles?

Generally, hand cranked 3 roll machines top out at around 1/4" x 2"
flat bar the easy way, or 1/2" round.
Above that, you usually want a motor.

I find that I can make a LOT of circles with my hossfeld bender. I use
the angle iron, flange out, die set, and I can get accurate,
repeatable circles from about 6" OD up to 30 feet or so.
The dies are standard sizes- 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", and so on, up to
72", but by making marks on the steel, and bending on the mark, I can
get pretty much any size in between, and sizes much bigger than 72".
I have bent literally thousands of circles this way, in angle, solid
square and round, square and rectangular tubing, flat bar the easy way
and the hard way, and much more.

Good evening,
Does anyone have plans or links to plans for a heavy duty circle
bender (roller)?
Does anyone have a tire bender (roller) for sale?
