Do you have access to their junk pile yet Andy?
At the little refinery in Nipomo there used to be an open gate and they 
didn't mind at all
if i loaded up sulfur from the big pile they had.
There was petroleum coke for the taking too, if i remember right..never 
tried to use it though.
