HOw do you know this to be so, given that free markets have not been 
tried here in the USA.  The Marshall Court screwed the pooch very early 
on in this respect and the subsequent courts and the Congress have done 
stunningly well in following suit.

As I said, we have had literally thousands of years of the same 
bullshit.  I think it's high time to try something new.
