I tend to think everything is a compromise for a given time and place. 



Market crashes are not a problem encountered by a non-free market, rather they are the corrections of a free market because the system has wandered off center.     Everybody wins, everybody loses, everyone is virtuous, everyone lies. 



Time to get my meds refilled.

A free market will exist when a true democracy or true communism or true libertarianism exists i.e. never. These ideas are fantasy ideals and will never exist because they can not cope with the real world requirements of compromise and best solutions for a given time and place.
