	Not their fault.  It is the responsibility of counsel to lead them to 
reasonable doubt at the very least.  Who knows who the prosecutor will 
be - a righteous joe doing his job based on the evidence at hand or a 
corrupt scumbag looking to build a career.  Irrelevant in any case. 
Mark's lawyer's job is to destroy the prosecution's case enough to raise 
reasonable doubt.  If OJ could get off, then Mark should at least have a 
shot at it, but will not get it with some city appointed dood who is 
probably over-worked, under paid, and has 19 other cases to deal with. 
THis shit needs single minded dedication, at least in the preparatory 
phases in which the prosecution's case is analyzed for faults.
