Subject: [TheForge] Arrowhead origin (OT - not iron)

I was in an antique store today and glanced behind me and spotted some
large arrowheads. Lo and behold, they weren't arrowheads at all but
Megalodon (giant shark) fossil teeth.

Which made me wonder whether fossil shark teeth might have been the
first arrowheads. Dig them out of the ground, mount them on a shaft.
Any thoughts?
