Apparently we rednecks who happen to live south of the Mason-Dixon line are incapable of looking at the presented evidence and making an educated decision about beyond a reasonable doubt. Since I give NO ONE the power to offend me, I'll chalk it up to ignorance based on what you see on t.v. I guess using your logic a guy from Mississippi could never get a fair trail in San Simeon, CA either.

My respectful apologies;
No offense at all was intended Mike.
I'll concede that i haven't been in the south for years and my
viewpoint is dated....ignorant as accused.
But, I'd say the same thing about the chances of his getting a fair
trial here.
I watched something similar happen some years back, when i was on jury
duty at the county courthouse.
I was the first peremptory challenge. They retained jurors who openly
said that , because the police arrested them, they must be guilty.
It was real clear that the accused weren't going to have a chance with
that jury,
long before the evidence was presented.
Much of Southern and inland Ca is similarly inclined.
And i do see reports of how most of the south voted.
Incidentally, we don't have any TV feed or reception, just poky internet.
And yes, a right wing guy from Mississippi would face considerable prejudice
from a jury in , say, Santa Monica, or coastal Northern CA, if charged
with planting a bomb in a church and polling place.

You've seen the FBI affidavit , the machine-gun videos and the news
reports...
Do you think a California liberal artist type with tattoos , who clearly
likes explosives, has an attitude, and whose pissed off ex wife ( my
guess) may well testify against him...
Is gonna get a fair trial in Osage?
