[TheForge] Refurbishing an Anvil

I don't know the particulars. (someone on here is going to step up and tell 
you how and what to use)
Basically you are going to weld on the depressions to build it up and then 
grind it down and then possibably heat treat the finished product. If it is 
free get it. No matter what it will be worth something.
I just shipped mine from Michigan to California because even junk is 
expensive here. like 2 dollars or more a pound.
