[TheForge] bandsaw steel problem

Thanks, Pete and Ries-
It sure would be nice to find out what it is, sparks like L6 but who knows?
I assumed it was as soft as it would get since it's easy to straighten and
somewhat easy to file, but worth another go-round, hot punching if needed.
It's really thin, so hadn't thought of how exactly to hot punch, but over an
suitable "plate with a hole in it" would be perfect.
It's one of those "I'll do a really quick couple of paring knives and see
how they hold up" situations- destined to be more complicated than
anticipated!
Carbide is a great idea, didn't think of that, since the rivets are plain
ol' 1/4" copper.
