There are CBA members in that area and some neat oddball houses and folks.
I was a little kid living in the area north of LA that's burning 
now..almost burned it myself at the age of 6 or so.
No, I'm on the coastal cliff about 1/2 way between LA and SF....south of 
Big Sur.
I try to stay off the road to offset the natural disaster risks that 
this area is prone to..grin. If we make it through fire season, there's 
an El Nino predicted to keep us from boredom this winter. The view makes 
up for a lot when things are calm.
I guess that, no matter where you live..it's a mixed bag in some sense.
