What a day! You lose one and you win one.

One of my favorite customers of the wheelchair shop died this afternoon, a
strong-minded, never-give-up woman with the worst case of MS I've ever seen
and hope never to see again. I can honestly say I literally _never_ heard
one word of complaint over her fate from this woman. Her disease progression
both scared hell out of me and gave me tremendous inspiration. A sweeter
personality never lived.

Tammy's gone and finally, blessedly, at rest and Frosty's back.

It's a good day.
