I am a firm believer that not all small import bandsaws are alike.
I have had very good luck with Jet saws- I am on my fourth one now,
but that is since 1978, and my last two still work fine- and I run the
hell out of em.
So I would recommend the Jet version- it has the best motor, the most
adjustability, better bearings and electrics and fasteners, and mine
usually cut straight right out of the box.
I would also recommend you check out these saws-
http://grizzly.com/products/4-x-6-Metal-Cutting-Bandsaw-w-Swivel-Head/G9742
very slightly more than the one you mentioned, but a LOT more flexible
and usable for small stuff, particularly for miters. I have a friend,
Paul Thorne, a blacksmith, who swears by his- he has been using it
pretty much full time for 4 or 5 years now.
Jet also makes a version of this.
I would stick with Grizz or Jet- better parts availability, and better
initial quality.
The Jet saws all have the word "JET" cast into the frame- definitely
not interchangable with harbor freight.

My doughty Rong Fu bandsaw is worn out and not worth fooling with any
longer..it has 500,000 miles on it and the gearbox bushings are too worn
to align the the bottom wheel any more.
I was looking at the Grizzly G0622 4X6 horizontal offering at $340..
Looks like $100 leaps to go up from there in quality.
I don't mind used, but i'm out here in the sticks.
Any suggestions for better low budget options would be appreciated..pf
