[TheForge] Fw: forge blower, dimmers, etc.

Similar, but different. A squirrel cage only has small "blades" on the
outside of a cage. A centrifugal has large blades usually mounted on a disk
that extends from the hub all the way to the outside diameter. Usually a
squirrel cage is designed for high volume at lower pressure while
centrifugal are usually designed for higher pressure at lower volume. YMMV.
There are many things that effect the design from the shape of the blade to
the way the static parts of the blower are made. Speed of the blower has
major effects too.
I have seen squirrel cage blowers that can give quite a bit of pressure and
centrifugals that are designed for high volume.
