[TheForge] Fw: Crow bar help

I had a crowbar that I inherited with a broken pry end. When I tried to 
forge it to restore the end, and it broke like a pretzel after casual 
normalizing. I stopped trying after that.
The only point in mentioning the foregoing is to ask that for your sake 
and the safety of your customer, TEST the crowbar after you finish to 
make sure you don't have crap steel like I seemed to have had. Maybe 
this is the A-36 equivalent of tool steel...
