[TheForge] Anvil Shoot

I seriously doubt that ABANA is concerned with who is shooting
anvils.  This years Madison Conference had an Anvil Shoot and it
was published in the Constant Contact email announcement.

The announcement was sent to ABANA for distribution to the membership
and was forwarded as received.

The issue of Anvil Shoots no longer concerns ABANA as a liability issue.

Anvil Shoots are considered by many as a dangerous activity and should
only be conducted by qualified persons, with adequate safety measures in
place to protect the observers.
