hello;

given the current thread concerning identity theft and credit reports it
is important to remember that even if you do everything correctly, have
a great credit score and all that can change in a blink of an eye if you
are involved in an accident that is not even your fault.

most states have similar laws as the corrupt state of illinois. even if
you are not at fault in a vehicle accident you will receive all the
medical bills for the medical services rendered to you. you have to
bring a lawsuit against the person who is at fault for the accident to
recover the medical costs. unless the person at fault is independently
wealth so that they have no possibility to go bankrupt even if you win a
judgement against them they have nothing to lose by going bankrupt. now
you have paid the lawyer and the court cost to bring the lawsuit and you
even though you won a judgement you will never collect it. you are still
on the hook for all the medical bills. so all your work to have a
prefect credit score means nothing when you have hundreds of thousands
of dollars in medical liens suddenly placed on your credit report. so in
a blink of an eye your life as you knew it was just flushed down the
toliet and your future life is going to be nothing that you ever thought
of or would have desired to have.

even if you eventually win millions of dollars in a long drawn out legal
nightmares. you may have money to burn but you do not have the ability
to do much if anything with it. what is the use of having won the
millions of dollars when you have lost nearly everything you once
thought important. there is no romance in your life anymore because you
have no sense of touch anywhere below the waist. you can thank the
seatbelts and air bags for that. you know that with all the nerve damage
and physical damage there is nothing that can be done to stop the
onslaught that is taking anyway everything that make you you. eventually
you testicles will die and dry up; hormone levels will change
dramatically. so you are alive and perhaps a millionare but is it worth
being alive? that is the question you have to ask yourself.

i would strongly suggest that everyone make the decision now about life
saving medical services for that time when you may not be able to say
anything. the doctors playing god may very well save your life but you
may very well wish that they had just let you die. sure they saved your
life but just what is it that they have saved?
