The Buffalo blower I had was about 14" to 16" across. It had a
directional air flow because the out flow was to one side. The handle
was a piece of round stock bored out for the shaft with a set screw.
The handle was a piece of 3/8" round stock bent in an ell.  To make it
continue to rotate after releasing the handle I welded on a counter
weight of about 2 pounds across from the handle on a 4" extension. I
hope this helps.
