northern illinois fence on route 38 dekalb, illinois which is roughly at
most 4 miles from my place quoted me $7,855.00+ usd to do the job. that
quote was given to me about 1.5 months ago. basically, the guy doing the
quote was using $20.00 per ft. 400 ft * $20.00 usd per ft = $8,000.00
usd per 400 ft. he deduct $145.00 usd because they could leave the dirt
from the holes here. so even in these hungry times some places still try
to gouge you.

i figure that i could do it for around $2,800.00 usd not counting the
cement. that is all the fence material, pipe, chain link fabric, tension
bars, gates, brackets, etc.
