Regretably, the morphology of the various phyla of
umm..... existence-challenged plants is less aesthetically stimulating
than the similarly nonexistent plant forms created by blacksmiths.
But the book itself (which is out of print but not generically
non-existent) is a happy curiosity.

all i can say is "Ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny", even at the hands of a blackmith.
recycling plasma cutting copper tips as eyes as they ball up on steel. the tig torch pulls copper wonderfully in molten form over steel and seems to create alloys wherever it touches or the tips are a mixture of copper and brass since the layers get two toned.
