I wonder what you would do with a swage block like the one on ebay?
I cant think of any time I would need all those round or square holes
in it.
I have a really nice small swage block that John Newman, up in Canada
made, that I bought from Kaynes. It does everything I want in a swage
block, which is mostly working thin stuff, into round or spoon shaped
depressions, and using the various notches on the edges.
Plus, it was small enough to ship UPS, and small enough I can
actually move it around.
Its this one-

But really- what the heck do you do with all those holes in the old
ones?

Wow, I had no idea there were so many of you selling your large
swedgeblocks! I thought only one price was high, the one for $175,
but the
block itself look really good.
I took the offer from the guy (we all know) that said he'd just give
it to
me if I could get some good use out of it, so Bingo, we made the
deal! Even
with the neat stand, and the offer to split the shipping bill. This was
just overwhelming!
So, now that I've said all of that, I have to admit that it's all a
bunch of
hooey :o( No one emailed, no one offered to give me anything, and no
one
was certainly going to pay half of the shipping. But I figure I had you
guys going for a minute :o) Ya just can't trust a darned ol South
Texan!
