Well, it is a lot of weight- but what the heck is in those boxes?
I kinda doubt its 13,000lbs of usable tools- it looks like all kinds  
of rusty metal.
Some tooling, for sure, and some tongs, and a lot of unidentifiable  
stuff that maybe fit something once, but is probably pretty useless  
today.

I am guessing if you spent $3000 on a new anvil, swage block, and a  
bunch of new Off Center Forge spring swages and tongs, you would end  
up with a LOT more usable tools, at less than half the price.

You wouldnt get those nifty wooden crates, though- those have gotta be  
worth a few grand on their own.
